Since some booker are looking at these threads, why not use this opportunity to boycott upcharge girl / agency, even worst when no cip. How Norcal able to maintain 220-240 and yet the same girl up there come down here and asking for 300 2 x plus 100 for BBFS = 400. It blows my mind.
