One of the things, over the years, that I have tried to explain to some of the younger and newer providers in the area is that there are select few that can get 400-500 a visit and have enough regulars to make good money for an extended amount of time. I've met and worked with many exceptionally wealthy, successful people. The heavy majority of these people don't have to inform others how wealthy and successful they are.
