More Asians and Indians there, so my assumption and guess is they've made it (NorCal) to where their true colors show for-non haggling on prices. In turn, they've kept it firm at 220-240 p / h. Down here in LA, it's pretty diverse, so you'll have mongers that will want to tip or pay more.

I have seen both Lulu and Hazel. I swear they are the same person. I saw Lulu a while ago and Hazel a few months later. The Hazel I saw looked like the pics on Sexyangels of Lulu way more than the pictures of Hazel from M's.
