Sorry, I only wished to share what I know for sure. I should have mentioned that although I'm in dozens of clubs, I'm not in the review specific clubs because I don't like to operate in what I consider to be a cynical manner like they do. While there are tons of guys in those clubs that are legit and forthright, many there wield that power to solicit discounts or get non advertised services in exchange for their positive reviews and recommendations or not to slander them, so it's hard to know what to believe from the guys that you don't know well. Similarities that exist here as well unfortunately.

I went back to re-rate -1 compliance girls with Casual and don't know them well enough to say either and my level jumped up to 1 from 0.

As far as leveling up is concerned, please remember that if you see a lady that is a level 5, but her compliance rating is 0, it's almost as if you never saw her. If you see somebody with a negative rating, it will lower your level and might even make you a negative as well if you get enough of them. Think about it this way, when you get to level 4 bin compliance, HX gives you a free club slot. They don't give you jack shit for simply reaching a high overall level. If you see someone such as LailaLove in the attached example, you are actually screwing your ability to level up.
