IMO, the lower priced end of the market, GFE is a crap shoot, regardless of the claims. For some ladies that means BBFS, for some it's just a line in an ad to suck you in. It really depends on the provider. Personally, I've always interpreted GFE in this area as involving DFK / LFK, DATY, and BBBJ (which is the only thing that's typically ever bare).
