Actually the girls get 250 out of the 350 so they get an extra 100 for the deed. The problem is that most guys won't pay the upcharge especially when they can get it at the regular rate elsewhere and from what I hear they don't have that many customers and limit the girls to a certain number of hours per week. They would be better off at a busier agency and asking for extra for doing extra at whatever rate they can get.
