Yes, a lot of the SBs have a very arrogant and entitled attitude. If you don't offer them as much money as they want, they get angry and report you. Crazy psycho bitches.

One thing that I just figured out is if you sense any animosity with any of the girls or you don't want to pay them what they want, block them as quickly as possible. That way, they can't even access your profile and report you.

Sadly its an algorithm they use for banning. I know of a few mongers that had not been on SA for months and were just renewing, got banned. Yeah it sucks and complaining to them only has a slim chance of reversing the ban.
