Registered online with burner email and phone. Picked a date and site. You have to print out some papers to give to the lab. These papers don't have any important information on them and I threw them out while there. The lab asked for my ID but when I told them the website said I didn't need one, they just said ok and didn't have to hand it over. If your doctor test you they can not share share results with anyone but you under HIPPA laws. However you can buy test in CVS.
