Actually, I do have a wife, so if you are married, keep in mind you could be making a life decision. So I guess I would add to the suggestions everyone has already made about going offsite and making it a nice full day, that I would try to learn more about her. Ask yourself if you could picture spending your life with her. Some of those questions could spook her, so I would try to actively listen rather than making it an interrogation. Find out about her hometown, what was her life like in China. On the other hand, if you are not married, - well, I would do exactly the same thing. Maybe a little more open (vs discrete) but try to build a relationship outside the store while continuing to visit the store.

I've had similar happen to me. Setup a date on her day off. Breakfast sitting together. A walk holding hands. Saw a movie ending with dinner at her place of choice. I was a perfect gentleman ending the evening with a goodnight kiss. Texting got progressively dirty. On our next date she couldn't keep her hands off me.
