That is Angel. I have reported about her on here. I still would pick her up, but the street is starting to take a toll on her. She is usually (99% of time) in the area between Dunkin up to the McDonalds but I have seen her on Wilkens walking with her "friend" as you get closer to St. Agony. Motel date is definitely better with her.
