I wouldn't use a real photo, even if you didn't need to be discreet. Take a look at http://predatoralerts.co/ It's full of pics of guys from SA. When I first signed up, someone took my blurry real photo and posted it there along with my Google Voice number. At the time they were hosting the photos on Imgur so I was able to report it and get my picture removed. Now I won't even put a real photo in my private pics and I send a fake photo when texting too.
