Was chatting with this one on NYE day, hoping I could get a quick hit. She seems nice, down to earth, replied quickly and moved to text. She went silent on me after we had broken the ice in messages, she said she's looking for companionship, and I asked if intimacy would be a part of our arrangement. I wasn't rude or offensive about it, so I suspect her ghosting means she's looking for platonic. But who knows? Maybe I just rubbed her the wrong way (figuratively, of course), or maybe someone younger, richer or both came along and caught her interest to cause her to bail on our back and forth.

LOL I can relate to this since I also work at a hotel. With airbnb, isn't the host of the house also there with you when your staying at their place? My friend rented an airbnd and they had the owners their when they stayed.

Contacted her. We texted, looked good until her rules. No kissing, protection for everything and no anal. Wanted $400 but I talked her down to 3 but her rules are too restrictive. If you can live with it, go for it but definitely a pro as mentioned. Have fun gents.

I can only play during the day. I use Booking.com usually the night before, and am sure to book a spot with free cancellation up until 4:00 that day. I try to check in anywhere from 9- noon or 1:00, with a pre-arranged meeting time with a UTR around 10-11. Sometimes, they'll tell me they don't have rooms ready and checkin is like 3. If they hold to that, I cancel. But most of the time, they'll find a room for me. Extra bonus. If you you frequent 1 property often, they'll almost always accommodate you. And probably upgrade you. If you do have to cancel because they don't have a room, no problem with a regular. If it's a first timer, up to you whether you want to look extra hard for a last minute backup.
