I'm going to be in the area next month and was wondering if there was a shop you would recommend. I'll probably be staying in Manassas but am willing to make a 30 min or so drive. Any advice would be appreciated.

Sounds like he's talking about Lovely Therapy in Sterling. Since they reopened they now do TS after massage. That is fairly unique in the area.

Just FYI, the Fairfax Thai girls moved to Tyson's when I last visited. I saw Nadia there a bit ago. Suzy works there with her. I was bummed as their previous location was so close to me. Can't get out to Tyson's as quick.

I've never seen that particular provider. Speaking from past experience, I've found that a provider advertising "tantric" services typically charges far more than the session is actually worth.

She is delightful, decent massage and good eye candy if you don't mind some tat's. She has not been F / S in the past and really stepped up her marketing since the FOSTA passed. I believe she is taking advantage of the darkness and hoping to gain new clients. Her rates are too high for her restricted menu IMO. There is much more available out there. Those seeking a restricted menu may enjoy her company, she is very pretty with a hot ass body.

She is legit, but I think by tantric she means light touch. Session was on a bed and she laid down for a lot of the session. Was able to roam everywhere except inside the panties. A little high priced for services offered.

Went by last Friday and today both around noonish and not sure if due to uncle or vacay even tried calling and only get leave message bit both times it's been close. Just a heads up for any mongers coming in from far as I am. More to follow I may take one last trip to hope to get one last try at Coco or Bella that were two of my favs.

ARRIVAL

Day & Time: Friday, 4pm

Door Wait: Less than 15 seconds
Greeting: The MMS, a fun, friendly little package (all 5'-0" of her), always answers the door and takes you immediately to the room.
Fee: I opted for the full hour (80).

AMENITIES

Waiting Area: There's really no waiting area, with a screen & TV and such. Once you step inside, there's basically an open foyer that leads to the office and the back area.
Shower / Sauna: This AMP has both a shower and a sauna, and both are clean and in excellent condition. The shower is a large, stand-up DIY semi-circular enclosure with a pair of sliding doors. There's plenty of clean wash cloths, liquid soap, and shampoo available. The floor of the enclosure is clean and free of any scum. No smells of mildew, emanating from some dark, remote corner, attack your olfactory senses upon entering the area. The sauna, a wooden structure with glass panels, sits next to the shower enclosure. It's inside temperature fluctuates between 110 and 125 degrees Fahrenheit, and there is a small pan for creating steam, if desired.
Bathroom: The bathroom is close to the front of the inner hallway. It is clean, well-maintained, and also free of any odd or lingering odors. Soap and clean towels are readily available.

ROOM

Privacy: There are four or five rooms toward the back of the inner hallway, with a (lockable) door and floor-to-ceiling walls. All offer reasonable quietude within.
Table: The tables are broad and long, sufficient for most body types, with a face hole at the head of the table. The hole is draped with a small, clean sheet or towelette.
Sheets & Towels: The sheets and towels in the room are clean and, at the end of each session, are removed and laundered.
Lighting: Lighting resembles what one might find in an office building of this type - a fluorescent panel in the ceiling, and a dimmer switch for a wall sconce.
Music: The MMS or the therapist will turn on a small CD player in the room to provide ambience. The music is usually some soft Oriental, classical, or other easy listening genre.

SESSION

Wait Time: Since I arrived without an appointment, and because the one girl (aside from MMS) was still attending another customer, I had to wait about 15 minutes all told. Part of that time was spent in the shower and sauna. Other than that, the wait was negligible.

Communication: Julie has decent English skills and can be conversant during the session. I found no communication barriers.
Roaming: I don't usually make a habit of roaming, but I'm almost certain it would not be rebuffed in any way.
Skills:

Shower As mentioned above, the shower was a DIY affair, but the water pressure was good and the temperature can be adjusted to a satisfying hot, if so desired.
Acupressure Julie's acupressure work is good. It's not the best I've had, by far, but what she possibly lacks in long-term experience she more than makes up for in coverage. From head, neck, shoulders, back, arms, glutes, thighs, calves, and feet, she worked all the muscle groups. She clearly understands muscle physiology to some extent, as her technique did not work counter to the directions of the muscles. In addition, she gave good bends and stretched to the arms and the legs, as well as working the fingers and toes.
Back Walk Because she is taller than many girls, I was ambivalent about back-walking. However, when she took her shoes off and announce "I do back walk now," I didn't object. And, unlike some therapists, she did not place excessive weight when doing this. She asked if there was too much pressure (not at all), and she spent most of the time on the thighs and calves. She also covered me with a sheet beforehand, which always makes back-walking a bit easier for both parties.
Flip When the time came and she asked me to turn over, she came close to me and asked what I wanted. I decided to press things a bit and, lo! and behold, she left the room for about 30 seconds before returning, dimming the lights, and getting more comfortable herself.. Long story short: CBJ for a spell, with DATY as well, and then a well-oiled Standard (?) NoVA finish with her sitting astride me RCG.
Afterwork Following the conclusion of things, she offered more acupressure for the back, which I accepted.

Session Length: The session easily lasted the full hour, and maybe a bit longer, without complaint from MMS. One of the things about this place is that one is seldom, if ever, shorted on time.
Clean-Up: Julie brought me some moist, hot towelettes to wipe away the oil/lotion from the session, along with some Scope to freshen my breath. (I guess the coffee I'd drank earlier in the day was still lingering.)
Tip: Because this session was beyond what I had anticipated, even with respect to the acupressure, I offered 90.

DEPARTURE

Julie brought me a couple small bottles of cold water, as it was fairly hot and humid outside, and then took me to the front where the MMS saw me to the door. And, of course, there was the bowl of peppermint lifesavers, mints, and assorted small candies.

OVERALL

I've been hot and cold on my recommendations of this place, usually due to the therapist's attitude. If the MMS is the therapist, my recommendation is always "two thumbs up". For this visit and with this new therapist (Julie), I'll give a qualified "two thumbs up". This was her third day there, and the service was very good, but I want to try another session with her before I solidify my rating. Just call me conservative in that regard. Nevertheless, at the current time, most will likely enjoy their visit.

IIRC, she had decent reviews on the other site before it went down. I contacted her once to see about scheduling an appt but she wanted too much real-life info as part of her screening process. Plenty of other, less expensive, FBSM options around that don't have those requirements.

As far as advertising tantric services, that's a relatively new development and I think you're right to be skeptical as it might be nothing more than marketing hype. It can also be an excuse to do only soft touch and nothing even close to an actual massage.
