You can use Piri or even Costco down there. I order my stuff from India tho.

I just get an RX for.30 from the Dr down there. Once you have that you can buy as much as you want. So 6 boxes at USA price of 2400, total cost of trip including, C, hotel and food was 1200. Saved 1200 and got 2 days with my girl, who is excellent in the FC. A real winner.

I'm from Atlanta and have noticed the same thing. My search is caucasian, asian, latin, 18-35 and there haven't been any new ladies within the last two weeks.
