It's too bad doing this in the US isn't as great to do as opposed to other countries such as Thailand or Philippines. For what we get here and the price we pay, I think it's overpriced.

Agree with majority of your statements. Recent decline in kgirls because of stronger vice regulations, a-hole customers, increase in price and stricter visa regulations. However, I disagree that LA is the only city experiencing the decline. If you scroll through San Francisco CV listing, majority of the girls have multiple ads (some have 3). Yes, their total ads are around 200+. But if you single out those duplicate ads, the real number should be around 120 at best. Oh, also forgot to mention the recent crack down of prostitutes in main land Korea itself. I just really think kgirls in this line of business is going down due to change of the times. Very true, don't forget Sf has it perfectly together they have more kgirls, better service and lower rates of 220 for the hour in a city more expensive then los Angeles. Most LA bookers do use real photos but to some extent photoshopped photos, except LA Serra Booker and Jenny; M photoshops the hell out of all the girls. In OC, most bookers use fake photos, particularly the main one who has several handles at HX and two of her girls are Asian Sarah and Asian Tina. Almost 99% of her girls use fake photos. Although despite using fake photos, he runs a good operation and most of his girls provide great service with at least GND good looks to very good looks.
