The Asian kmps on CV are a members only club that goes back to the whole "you need experience to get this job, but can't experience without a job" catch 22.

The trick is finding a club with super low standards and working your way up. However most people get stuck on that road too. Example, Pepsi's Palace and Helen's KFC are the easiest to ge into but most of the other clubs won't use them as a reference. M's is a good place to be and she's a great reference too.

They're looking for the last couple of clubs you've been a member of to verify you.

Sera's been around for a while now. I have no doubt she's near, or past the 40 mark. It's not a bad thing, just something that guys should be aware of if they are looking for a "young 20-something".

Lina was BBFS, but no CIP for me. She also complained that I was too big (I'm not) so guys on the larger size might have an issue.
