By the way, Hi all I'm new to the area but not to the hobby. I've moved to Glen Burnie about a month and half ago. Last time I checked I'm allowed to drive on almost any road I want, let them take my tag #. If I want to stop and talk to a friend I will. If I want to give a friend a ride I will.
