You need a scrip or someone with access to get ARVs. While risk of transmission is lower if no ejaculation and less time exposed, there is still risk. As has been said, hit the clinic and redo it in 6 months to be safe. Hope it comes out clear in the end for ya.

There is always risk, best to get checked, there are places, tell doc you had a one night stand with girl from a club and you were drinking so you did not make the best choice, and you want to be tested for peace a mind. I had girls temp me and said I don't need a condom, but then I would thing, she is not using a condom with many others, so risk would be even higher. If clear, you maybe have to retest after 6 months to be sure.

It's possible you could get something from two pumps, but she'd have to be infected with something. Most likely, you are okay.

Don't do it again, get tested now if you're worrying about it and / or if you have a s. O. That you might infect. That would really suck if that happened.
