First of all, if they don't flat out say they won't do it, it's YMMV. Secondly, I generally don't blame those who indicate that, as I would hate to say I do one thing and then when I see / meet them, not want to do so. Heck, I wouldn't want to do that with me, as I'm no looker (although I'm very clean).

At least with her, you know there's a chance. I would have no problem agreeing to pay someone $50 (or $100, whatever) if they saw me and didn't want to BBFS (for whatever reason, poor hygiene, unattractive issues, unsafe issues, not feeling it. Etc.).
