The SCOTUS decision you cite involves how far the Executive Order powers of the President are in seizing private property in a time of a National Emergency. In that case President Truman ordered the nations steel mills seized for several reasons and cited his authority under Executive Order. Unless you are referring to foreign policy matters and other areas that the constitution give specific powers to the office of the President, the President has NO authority to enact law.

Thanks for the attempted civics lesson but I prefer mine based on facts not flawed opinion. Read the case you cited. It does not even remotely support your beliefs, it actually states the opposite.

An Executive Order has the effect of law unless countermanded by legislation passed by Congress, provided it is in furtherance of existing law or constitutionally within Article II powers. That is not my belief or opinion. That is what the SCOTUS ruled (Youngstown vs. Sawyer. 343 US 579 (1952).

And there are plenty of laws any order would be furthering.

You'll notice that there is plenty of law concerning adults, as "sex trafficking" and "slavery" are illegal under USA law, which has been extended beyond our boarders more and more over the last 30 years.

no president can enact criminal law thru executive order. the constitution gives the power to make law solely to the congress. it would be a breach of separation of powers. he could have enacted some travel ban restrictions, to a point, to certain locations involving **** issues. that may be why its never been enforced if it is in fact true.

Contacted by an old friend through an I'm and stated she was having a special, .85 for a car date. All I ever dream about with her is a bbbjwcim. I told her that when I sleep, I like to dream and that I can dream I go to the trail and get that for about. 4. She says that I should see her anyways and I said I wanted to just stay home.

After a few minutes, (I was busy at home) , she sends me mssgs that I'm a flake and full of shit lately. Amazing. Why would I pay 3x more for a big mac at one store when the exact same thing is less at another. And yet I get a mssg that says I'm a dick, LOL. If the price was right I would have gone 1x a week.

I wouldn't dream of FS as the shrimp truck comments come to mind. Why is it so hard to just get a decent dream going of a BJ when that's all I want sometimes. My search continues but most don't want to do a quick in and out. Frustrating to say the least.

**** sex tourism is illegal for us citizens, but adult sex tourism is not.

so if you want to pay an adult for sex in another country where it is allowed by local law, the us gov has nothing to say about it.

if memory serves me correctly, during the clinton administration sex tourism was made a crime for americans by executive order. it was touted as being necessarry to fight the exploitation of the **** (by american standards) in foreign countries. but in usual overreactive, kneejerk fashion, the actual order blanket covers all sex tourism.

i have never heard of it being enforced, but you still may wish to be careful.

it's been enforced a few times that i am aware of. in those cases though it was in cooperation with foriegn authorities who are investigating specific cases of criminal exploitation of **** girls. the few cases i am aware of originated in viet nam where a lot of **** sex tourism takes place today. before this law, if you did something illegal and of a sexual nature overseas and made it back to the us without being caught, you were safe, now not so much. i'm not aware of any cases where someone was prosecuted for doing something that was legal in the country they were in, or that was not in cooperation with foriegn authorities investigating criminal activity.
