My friend is being threatened by a provider to deposit money into her CashApp because he texted her for a while and did not make an appointment. She said she would put his name of the sexual offender list if he does not deposit the Hhr donation in her account. She then texted him his address and real name.

Some years back there was a provider in JC that did something similar to me. I made the mistake of using my personal cell to contact her and asked if we could email instead since it would be more private. She totally flipped out and started cursing, threatening, and being completely rude towards me and sent my name and address through text. I learned my lesson to use other means for contacting providers! She is passed away now, but good riddance.

This was with a provider in OKC. He was there last weekend, and he contacted a lady whom he ignored after a series of texts. She later sent him a long text with threats and CashApp account.
