TER has reviews on almost every k-providers.

And the answer to your questions is No, they all GFE provider. If you are already seeing k-girl, you should be well aware the difference of GFE vs PSE.

Well, you could try using indie's for your reference. I once needed a reference when in a different city and they accepted a reference from an indie provided that the indie had existing advertisment up. They may even accept TER if the indie has it. But when K-orgs don't need new business they can be real jackasses and get super picky.
