This is a recurring question in the forum. All the information you need is in the various Asian threads. Start reading up. But, to give you an idea:

1. If you are lucky, you can get in with two references. If you have no Kgirl references, you will need to start at the bottom with a low tier agency that is willing to let you book. You will also have to hope that the good agencies will take those references. I personally don't know who those low tier, lax agencies are because I have been verified with the big agencies for going on ten years.

The ad just doesn't pretend to be independent when most do. For the number I tracked for over a year, they put up classified for one girl at a time which is the same girl for a month or so. Best case, you will be sent to an address that will be bunko and you will be out whatever deposit they needed to get from you as a first timer or something. Those ads you linked looked fake as fuck.

Megapersonals is a big unsearchable pile of personals and that's where all the talent posts. Then a couple of aggregators grab those posts and do different things with them. The gator uses their own search engine to repost them and lets you to actually search the text. Sumosearch basically just archives MP posts. You used it to suss out a bogus ad with the different girls in the ads. You're getting the hang of it.
