Was driving around the f McDonald's last night (still not exactly sure what the loop is, so I just spend time around that area making sure not to be suspicious) and I saw a thin girl with a back back and red hair. Looked Hispanic or possibly Asian maybe. Tried to loop around after making eye contact but she walked in the direction I saw LE prior so I didn't try too hard. Then before calling it a night I saw another short, skinny girl walking and acting a little more wired. Possible HSW or light skinned BSW, had hair down to around neck / shoulder level that belled out kinda like the costume lady from the Incredibles a little LOL. Yes. Out in the afternoon, out in the morning, out in the evening. I live in the area and see around a dozen different girls out every day. This morning around 6 AM, I saw no less than 6.
