Drove around the frey stroll and found nothing due to temp and LEO presence, I was about to turn in for the night and decided to drive out towards emmet / frey stroll and met PJ 40 why / o WSW with brown hair. I drove by last week and saw Nikki blue hair hanging with a group by the park and project building. She had a huge jacket and looked worse for wear, couldn't get her attn as she kept going in circles.

Drove by this morning same area, only saw one WSW, had a skully on and a brown jacket but a dirty face. Nothing else around so just left, did notice 1-2 LEO driving through.

Back in the day sure weather could affect the strolls. Now it just seems to be a complete lack of enough girls on the streets.
