On 12th Street is open! Both entrances have hand sanitizer dispensers by the door for customers entering! They keep outside light off but are back letting people in! Won't be long before all AMP's are back.

I can't seem to find any official information, but what I am hearing is that personal services (including, hair, nails and massage) can reopen, operating at 50% capacity by appointment.
