I'm super sad. I thought she had gotten clean again and disappeared happily ever after. She was my ATF.

I never thought much about it until after we lost contact that she had some legal and addiction issues. If she was on anything, it was never apparent when we were together, and I certainly didn't see any track marks or erratic behavior. I did look up her personal info later and found out she had some run ins with LEO, and was even incarcerated sometime in 2019. (Which she told me about in 2020).
