I use to frequent this place during a long term project I was working on in the area. It's one of those hiding in plain sight kind of things.

I never got FS but felt like I could if I wined and dined the owner but it was hard to tell for sure. But if you go long enough and throw down enough and your nice enough, you'll get a tug with OTC action and occasional UTC but they flip out when the door opens.

It was too much effort but worth it at the time cause I needed to go straight home when I left the area.

You might mention to your friend that most people make less money for comparable jobs in Florida as compared to New York. Explain that commercial leases are cheaper here as well as the overall cost of living. Also explain to her that there are no state taxes in Florida, and she's not going to freeze her ass off next winter. Many of the Chinese women that I'm close to enjoy their visits to New York, but they prefer living in Florida. The fact is that these ladies don't lease their own apartments because they don't want to commit to a single location for a year. It's also a fact that many are always looking for something better. There's also frequently hostilities that develop when several women find themselves living and working together.
