Escort Index for researching pics and numbers. It links exact pics that are used with different numbers and where they are used. If a gal travels it will show everywhere that she has posted an ad. It compiles ads from various sources like Escort Babylon and Adult Search. It reveals how a lot of pix of hot babes are stolen and reposted in other cities all over the country. It also makes it easier to see how some providers post the same pix with different numbers.

It is a landmark case for those mongers whose vehicles are impounded from picking up streetwalkers and subjected to civil forfeiture. In Timbs, the State of Indiana confiscated his Land Rover, worth over $40,000. 00, after a drug sting. His fine was $10,000. 00, only one fourth the value of his vehicle. He alleged the excessive fine clause of the Eighth Amendment violated his constitutional rights. The Indiana Supreme Court held the the excessive fine clause did not apply to the States, but only to the Federal Government. The United States Supreme Court, under Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and a unanimous Court, held otherwise and that the 14th Amendment made the prohibition of excessive fines applicable to the States. The Bill of Rights, the first 10 amendments, only apply to the Federal Government, not the States. However, the 14th Amendment makes the Bill of Rights apply to the States for all citizens. The 14th Amendment also goes on to define who is a citizen, just in case there is confusion. You remember the 14th Amendment don't you? That's the Amendment that Trump says he can abolish just by executive order. The 14th Amendment is pretty fucking important, especially if you are a gun enthusiast like myself. Without the 14th Amendment, although the Federal Government could not confiscate your guns, the states certainly could. So us gun enthusiasts can thank that the 14th Amendment and the Supreme Court case of McDonald v. City of Chicago that the 2nd Amendment also applies to the States. Justice Ginsburg held that a civil forfeiture of a $40,000 vehicle when the actual fine was only $10,000 violated the 8th Amendment. She effectively held that civil forfeiture of in itself violates the 8th Amendment. Therefore, civil forfeiture will no longer be available. This will not only assist mongers in getting their vehicles back, it will also allow mongers to bring what is known as a 1983 suit against the City and the police for violating their constitutional rights. Under 1983 suits, you can collect a wide variety of damages, including punitive damages against the individual policement, but not the City. What you have to show is that the individual policeman intended to violate your rights. Since he intended to confiscate your velicle, this would be easy to show. Lets say you have a vehicle worth $20,000 and it is impounded because you tried to pick up a SW. The Supreme Court has held that punitive damages are limited to 10 times your actual damages. This means you would be entitled to $200,000. 00 in punitive damages, in addition to any other damages, which the officer is personally liable for. Punitive damages cannot be discharged in bankruptcy. I suspect that this will give an office pause before impounding your vehicle. So you mongers have Ruth Bader Ginsburg's wrinkly old ass to thank for saving your ass.
Damn libruls! Thanks for the analysis Glock! I had read about the Timbs case when it hit the news in the last couple of weeks but hadn't related it's significance to the hobby but I don't cruise for SWs anyway and don't recommend it.

I'm looking forward to watching "On the Basis of Sex" when it comes out on DVD...I wonder if RBG, in her youth, was as hot as Felicity Jones?

My thoughts on that, considering how much she advertises I would think that she would welcome exposure, but she shut down down. That's open to interpretation, but it made me leary. Hopefully someone here has actually seen her and can give insight.

You knew I didn't approve the post so you thought you would take advantage of being an unmoderated member and post something you knew I didn't want posted.

Care to guess who will never get off moderation again?

I deleted the post because the forum isn't about he said/ she said. I don't care how well regarded the chick is, I don't care if it's your sister.

Guys post info, the more info posted the better. Then guys read it and make up their own minds.

The purpose of the forum for 20 years has been to provide a place for MEN to talk about WOMEN for SEX.

None of this bullshit has anything to do with that.

Save 200-300 for fun with others. You would regret if you see her at her apartment. She was deformed. Her attitude is totally different from a few years ago. Stay away.

    Looks potentially TGTBT.
She is an Asian young provider. She said 19 yo. Her pictures are better than real. She looks a hight school girl having tight boobs as seen in pictures. Her ass is a typical Asian thin butt. Her v is dry, requiring a smoother. If you like a immature young girl, you would enjoy her. I did not find eroticism in her body. Her v is bery tight. Her boyfriend is around her to protect her, but will not disturb you.
