They are mostly Chinese run shops in small and medium towns, here is all Koreans. Average rates at Korean spas in Chicago is 180-220 total, but all the girls are hot and the locations are quality property. Chinese rates start at 140 total and they are actually hot at that price too, again in real shops not low quality buildings.

Springfield did recently shut down all the massage shops, so hopefully those owners set up shop here. Definitely found some 8's 9's and 10's in Springfield before.
