    Timing

    Man, it sucks getting old. To make a date worthwhile I have to make sure I am well hydrated, taken my vitamins and supplements, have had plenty of sleep, eaten well and exercised well (cardio and weights). However the other important factor is when I last ejaculated. The optimal time to see a girl for me is 3 to 5 days since my last ejaculation. Too soon I have difficulty and the amount is just a dribble and it certainly doesn't feel as good as my younger days. Too long for some reason I have a real problem reaching the finish line. Idk. Maybe its all backed up. If I do climax it feels great and obviously alot of fluid.

    Just to reiterate. Make sure you get plenty of good sleep and never do night shift work.     I'm 68 and have testosterone pellets placed in my side every 90 days.     Similar experience for me. Issues started in my 40's and Viagra and Cialis worked great for years. Started becoming less effective over time. I've always exercised approx 5 days per week, weight in check, blood pressure and diet good. I finally broke down and went to the Mens Clinic (not an endorsement either) and it made me uncomfortable. Trimix was recommended there was very expensive, so I decided to pass. I decided to go to my urologist and got the same drug MUCH less expensive. It works great although I have had to increase the dosage over time. If you use Trimix, make sure you have some Sudafed available in case you inject too much and the little man wants to keep standing at attention. (Better than an emergency room visit!) I have been doing the weekly testosterone injections which helps significantly with feeling vibrant.

    Good input with some of the specific diet suggestions and will explore those as well. Thanks.

    Some of the cheap generic vinaigrettes can have HFCS or something else. I make my own Vinegar using Apples, Mangos, and Carolina Reaper Peppers. I have a Homestead and try to produce my own healthy food. Most of the time I end up screwing up and still have to buy food at the store but oh well. I like making my own vinegars to use as dressings because I can change them up a little bit and make the flavor more to my liking. Maybe the heat from the peppers help with Male Vitality because when that heat exits I get an erection from all the blood and endorphins going to that general region as it feels like a fire upon exit. Just a wacky theory. Anyways you can just take regular apple cider vinegar and add hot peppers from the store to and let it sit a week or longer and you have Hot Apple Cider Vinegar which makes a great dressing if you like heat.

    I am glad people are discussing pharma solutions too. Not my area to discuss, don't like that shit but its part of the whole picture and no one is forcing me to go down that road.     I'm talking about synthetic testosterone injections. You have to have it prescribed by a doc and for me at least it's covered under my insurance, so just the copay. When I go out to eat, I always get a salad with my meal no matter what it is and that has helped alot. I know its not easy but well worth it. I've known a lot of older mongers who didn't make these changes and they still had the mental drive to monger but their body would not perform, it was frustrating for them. Also, and this really goes without saying, being attracted to the girl helps! LOL. I've taken a full dose of viagra before and could not get hard due to how unattracted I was to her. Why was I with such an unattractive girl? LOL, it was late at night, I was in a strange town and horny. I think it was mentioned also, that cutting back on the porn helped me for whatever reason.
