I've noticed security on foot patrolling the Oaktree lot. Seems to be more of a thing since the new Save Right store opened. Nothing as extreme as your experience. First one agreed to bare but seemed to be pulling a bait and switch. I realized what she doing so I changed my mind and asked her to get out, she refused and started acting crazy unless I pay her, she was fucking insane!
