M-1 I have been coming here since shampoo was the regular provider. I can say for sure that mamasan goes thru everyone's car. Nothing has gone missing for me over the times I have been there. I am thinking maybe 3-4 times a year on average. I didn't notice until the 3rd time I was there because mamasan asked me the same very thing someone in an esrlier post said: car alarm is going off. I later put in a small digital voice recorder and while I was inside getting serviced someone did go into my car as I can hear clearly someone opening and closing my door and checking glove compartment. Did it bother me? Not really because I was in a rental. But I have let it slip. You should all know while you are taking a shower, you are being searched throug your clothes and car.
Now that I live here and have my own car, I leave the keys on the ground behind the tire and only take the cash. Nothing else.

(And lock my car, of course). That works fine, they even have a little plastic sleeve to put your stuff in, so that's all good. But last time I went she was extra jumpy and made me take her out to look the car over while I was in their spa robe. Very cold. That probably won't stop me from going back, but it was a pain.
