I'd describe myself similarly; average length and somewhat above average girth that grows toward the base. All the girls at ET comment and laugh about how "big" I am. Symmetry is totally legit as well, but that's my go-to place to get "a real massage".
There is a third place there, on the corner of 144th and Greenwood, on the bottom floor in a multi-use building. Sign says "Thai Massage" or something like that.
