Honestly Pattaya is a great first trip. There are things to be careful of but if it's mostly quite safe. They even have 'tourist police' to assist foreign pervs coming to town for cheap pussy. I haven't been in a few years but a "long time" (rest of the night and into the morning) with a girl is probably still less than $100 US.
