The advice given here in previous posts is good enough. What I'd say in addition is that as you build up experience you will develop a "ho-dar" and know pretty quickly from the vibe of the place if extras are on the table, or what extras might be on the table if they decide they like you (those are two different things). One of the basic things to do on the first visit (and if you decide to re-visit) is to treat the woman with respect. Just be pleasant and nice, and if you feel like it, compliment her.
