Avoid the banks / ATM's if at all possible. Since I frequent BC often, I have a stash of CAD laying around for whenever the itch presents itself.

Another detail. If your iPhone provider is T-Mobile, there's no additional roaming charges in Canada (or Mexico for that matter). This helps when you have to change plans mid-trip.

I was just at Tiger last Wednesday and only 3 girls were available, so it's kinda the luck of the draw. Be prepared to (politely but firmly) let the mamasan (usually Sarah) know that no one catches your eye and leave. AF, you can make a reservation the day of with anyone that's available, but for the busier girls, you need to book the day before. 9 AM, PST, they begin taking reservations for the following day. Reservations only took minutes.

Coco, seemed like you could make a reservation multiple days before, but the girls need to confirm their work schedule before booking. It took like 36 hours to confirm with Sierra.
