Not sure why you were told Coco left months ago, but she was there when I last went there on the 11th.

Okay, I was just at SoftBay in the past 24 hours, and was told that Jessica, Coco, and Cindy are the only 3 people working there now. Mia is gone, and I suppose if there wasn't such a language barrier, I'd know why. (nobody speaks good English there, and I speak no Chinese).
