This is the place between the Chipotle and Wells Fargo on Lake City Way, just south of Fred Meyer. And not in a good way. Its so sad what happened to the international dist. The amount of scum bags and homeless. Its just horrific. In the past I had a few good times at the 12th and main plaza. I have been 4 times curtains for doors, older mesuse, no extras.
