I've had worse experiences but left in a much better mood many different times, so why was I so annoyed this time?
It all boils down to I wasn't doing what I really like to do, which is going based purely on feel and vibe. You'd had an experience that sounded great and I went in there looking for that experience. They are the managers and would highly recommend making an appt with them instead of walk-in.
