The first time I called, I asked for Candy and set up an appt with her, they asked me to call and confirm before the appt. I called at the required time and they wouldn't take the call, I called 3 times and it would go to voice mail after 2 to 4 rings. About a month later I decided to try again for Candy, I called, set up the appt and this time they took my confirmation call and said they would call back 10 minutes before the appt to give me directions to the incall location. 10 minutes went by so I decided to call them back.
