I've read posts every now and then regarding dining at the Y with a provider, and I have a question. I usually have no qualms about eating out a regular girl that I'm dating or pick up. I'm a little hesitant to dive in on on a provider due to the chances of them having an STD. Does anyone have any bad experiences like catching anything?
I've DATY at plenty of strip clubs and AMPS in the US and Canada and also a few working girls in Costa Rica and Mexico and so far no problems. I wouldnt go licking on anything out there because there's some nasty ass SW'S that just dont look healthy but even if they do look clean and healthy its always a risk with anything you do with these girls.
Chances are the girls that you pick up in a bar could be as dangerous as any sw you pick up. She may have just crawled out of her friends bed 10 minutes before you saw her.
You just need to use some sense. If it smells bad, don't go there. If it looks bad, don't go there. If it feels right, then go for it and enjoy it.
Besides I'd rather my tounge falls off than anything important.
I too have done DATY at Strip Clubs and AMPs I've visited an have also not had any problems. I have a feeling they clean themselves more often than the average streetwalker though. Still, there's always a risk.
There's a great link posted in the Special Interests > Safe Sex section by Bill Bradsky that gives the STD risks for different types of acts. See the quote below:

I only do brothel workers. I am selective and only those that are truly pleasant in all ways get my repeat business. I typically have one favorite at any given time and am "exclusive" to her. She will always be very clean, very healthy, very strict about use of a condom for any contact other than a HJ, and of course she will be very beautiful.
I won't hesitate to DATY with my special friend. But I really prefer to time my visit to be her first customer of the day so I get the freshest possible experience and can be pretty sure that no dicks have been in there since the last bath.
Hey, want to increase the size of your load? It's simple.
Just hold off for a while. If you cum every day like I do (by masturbating or other means, it doesn't make a difference) then your body gets used to producing semen at that rate. Just don't have sex or masturbate for three or four days. If I do this, I end up with so much load stored up that I can dribble cum when peeing or taking a dump. When I get to that point, it's time to go visit my friend and hose her down with an absolutely HUGE load of cum.
Also. You generate semen much faster whiile you're aroused. If you want to boost your load size, look at some porno or stimulate yourself for a couple of hours before your "date" and when you do cum, you'll have a much bigger load than usual.
I don't know any guy who doesn't like to eat pussy, unless it's not clean. Like the old joke: show me a guy who doesn't eat pussy and I will show you a girl I can steal:o).
The only pussy I eat are the straight girls that I know very well and have been dating. I know they are safe and the risk is very low. I would not risk DATY of some SW who has been with numerous guys. The risk of catching a STD is monumentally higher.
I would really like to get a medical opinion on the chances of catching a disease from oral sex. I am talking about both giving and receiving oral sex. I have heard conflicting information about it and wonder what is the truth.
There are way too many diseases out there that could put you at risk, not to mention kill you. A moment of pleasure is not worth the risk for me. Most of the SW's I have seen are dirty, drugged out, have open sores and thus are not appetizing nor safe.
It's all a deadly game of Russian roulette. Do you feel luck today?
I just won't take the chance.

Not a bad link. But one thing leaves me questioning the academic integrity of that site. Wouldn't it make sense that if men can get x disease from receiving oral sex, we can give it to a woman also? Oral transmission is exactly that - regardless of gender. Here is a screenshot of part of the chart I am asking about. Maybe I am missing something?

Bench
Local Health departments and state level agencies have data and statistics on diseases including STD's and STI's. Sexually Transmitted Infections. Some release info on possible route of transmission. Google it as well. Some sites have photo's of what you can catch and the information is backed by the medical community if not put out by them. After reviewing that mini photo chart. Ghonno is transmitted via any mucous membrane so it is not gender specific and doesn't need to be genital contact. And, I do know guys who have gotten ghonno wearing a condom because infected vaginal fluid ended up on their pubes and the bacteria festers in that dark region. Both the penis and anus are way too close for the bacteria not to infect.
MRSA is a new contagious staph infection. No one knows everything about this one yet and it can be antibiotic resistent. For those who visit MP's, what does that say if they don't change sheets and towels after every customer? . Or a table shower? Don't trust me or the next guy's opinion. Find good, reliable information from a doctor or public health professional.
At least as far as the risks for DATY. I know for a fact you can get gonorhea from that and I know I've seen other info showing other STD's transmitted that way. I think anything a Man can pass from his cock a woman can pass on if you go down on her. IMHO , why go down on a ho anyway, unless in the very rare situation where you find a 10, know her at least a little, and care enough to get her off, in which case she should be paying you?Does anyone have any personal knowledge of someone getting genital warts in thier mouth? From either a male or female?

Although blowjobs are "as American as apple pie" we might have learned it from the French. "French" is slang for blowjob. In Europe Swedish Massage means with handjob, French Massage means with blowjob, Danish Massage means with full service. Perhaps Korean women learned blowjob technique from us during the Korean War. Or it might be due to early French presence in Southeast Asia. At any rate, today's Korean Massage Parlor masseuses are certainly masters of it. They can put the condom on with their mouth so skillfully you hardly notice. The shaft is slid down the mouth with ease and the rythmic sucking is so smooth it is as if the KMP girls have been doing it for half a century. (And some of the more experienced Korean providers might be very close to that mark). Chinese masseuses seem to be a different story.
The Chinese are certainly masters of the handjob. I know from personal experience and from reading the posts here. And they obviously know how to fuck. There are over a billion Chinese on the planet. But read the posts and the reviewer might complain that finally he managed to get a BJ from a chinawoman - but it was the worst he's ever had. I don't have nearly as much personal experience as with Korean providers. But my limited experience is that the shaft is more likely to be kissed and lightly tongued by the Chinese woman rather than totally engulfed in the mouth by a tiny Korean woman. The Chinese woman won't fit much more than the head in her mouth and just a little lip pressure will be applied. Something like dipping your wick in a large-mouthed Bass trying to breathe. The Chinese BJ experience was pleasant enough for me, but different. Does this tally with what other hobbyists have experienced?

I know I saved a copy of the whole article but I must have moved it off my day to day hard drive, so the chances of my ever actually getting around to finding it a reposting it here are slim to none, but I did manage to find the following at jossip gossip in New York. Enjoy, I think it actually hits all the good highlights there were anyhow.

We devoted our morning to the desperate search of Christopher Hitchens' Vanity Fair article which promised to teach us all about the history of the blowjob. Ok, not exactly, but we were awfuly interested in reading the article, As American As Apple Pie in which the writer discusses the patriotism of sucking dick.
Basically, Hitchens tells us how the blowjob started, and answers the age old question, to blow or to suck? by defnining Souffler ("to blow") and fellatio ("to suck"). But, his analysis is specifically on the blowjob in America. Hitchens makes sure to fully stereotype sex, examine this subject from a strictly heterosexual male view, praise pornography, and objectify women to the fullest all in one essay. He did throw in a few examples of guy on guy as well (using the term "faggoty") but immediately turned away from the subject with discomfort to focus on the straight man's peril of not being able to give himself oral pleasure.
Well done, Hitch. After the jump, our full (slightly feminist and reactionary) take on this less than informative and wholly disappointing essay. Oh, and we used some of the PG 13 quotes the Daily News wouldn't print.
Hitchens begins his analysis of head in America with an attempt to identify the origin of the word "blowjob."
The crucial word "blowjob" doesn't come into the American idiom until the 1940s, when it was (a) part of the gay underworld and (b) possibly derived from the jazz scene and its oral instrumentation. But it has never lost its supposed Victorian origin, which was "below-job" (cognate, if you like, with the now archaic "going down").
There is, Hitchens decides, something distinctive about oral sex in America. Bill and Monica aside, Hitchens concludes that Americans embrace the act of going down (on guys) with more vigor and less shame than other cultures. He concludes not only that US girls are easy,
And such a kiss on the first date is not now considered all that "fast." America was not the land of birth for this lavish caress, but it is (if I may mix my anthems) white with foam from sea to shining sea. In other cultures, a girl will do "that" only when she gets to know and like you. In this one, she will offer it as a baiser as she is making up her mind.
but that they are just a bunch of mouths walking around waiting for some guy to come up and shove it in there. A theory that is likely making any parent regret the thousands of dollars they spent on their young daughter's braces.
when any sweet American girl smiled at me, I was at once bewitched and slain by the warm, moist cave of her mouth, lined with faultless white teeth and immaculate pink gums and organized around a tenderly coiled yet innocent tongue. Good grief!
He did, obviously, leave out the fact that some women look upon a bj with the same disdain reserved for scrubbing floors, and would likely prefer to strap on the knee pads for the latter. Oh, Maureen Dowd, where are you when we really need you?
Try here. It worked for me.

I was surprised at the advice this lady was giving. The best bj's are ones where the SW does not use their hands or very little. A few years back I got a bbj from this druggie SW named Junie in San Diego. I was limp when and she went hard from the very beginning. This was one of the best bj's I have had. I was also surprised that she did not mention bls.

In your humble opinion, right?
This tape was about giving head effectively and for a SW "quickly and efficiently" to completion. Used well a hand can feel good, but the girl who can get you off with just her mouth are a rare item.
Not sure if this is the place to post this question... But, here goes:
I have noticed in the past (in movies and real life) that certain ladies will go ahead with a BBBJ, but then insist on a CFS instead of BBFS. Then, some even go further to finish after the CFS with a BBBJCIM.
If they are going to give a BBBJ and maybe even finish with a CIM, what would the reason be for requiring CFS? I am sure it could not be pregnancy.
If they are going to give a BBBJ and maybe even finish with a CIM, what would the reason be for requiring CFS? I am sure it could not be pregnancy.
Van
Two thoughts (and a note that I am not a doctor):
1. I have heard it stated that there is some semen in the pre-ejaculate so CFS is suggested to avoid possible pregnancy.
2. The different evironments (mouth vs pussy) to which the penis is exposed. Possible bug/viral transmission/pick-up with vaginal penetration? Versus the mouth, saliva and enzymes, etc. And where the next stop is the stomach, a very acidic evironment. e.g. yeast infections. Is there such a thing as a mouth yeast infection? I may be wrong; just my 0.02 worth.
Eccrawler
I don't mind if the SW uses her hands a little. But I just hate it when they use their hands to pump you when the suck you off for the whole bj.
If you give the girl directions it's not hard at all for me to cum without little or no hands. If she is willing to take directions and has some talent it's really great.
I think using their hands while sucking you off enhances the bj. I think it makes the bj that much better.

Some of them (especially the younger ones) are hung up on the idea that uncovered vaginal penetration can give them AIDS or some other STD but that their saliva will protect them from any of these diseases, so they are willing to take cum in mouth, but some of them gag on it or spit it out. Probably a lot of them believe in "Old Wives Tales".
BBJ is one thing but BBFS is just dumb. There is a some cases of heterosexual HIV infection. But the thing to remember is that with BBFS is that there is a lot of friction so there is a greater likleyhood that blood contact could be made.

CBJ doesn't look good on film. It doesn't test well, and it doesn't sell well either.
The issue is direct blood contact and termperature. With BBJ HIV is not a issue since saliva is involved which has been shown to be a poor medium for transmitting HIV. In fact saliva has been shown to inhibit HIV.
With CFS there is a greater chance of direct blood contact. The chances are fairly low especially when compared to anal sex. But there is still a good number of HIV transmission during CFS.

Hizark,
You're preaching to the choir man... I was specifically talking about why there isn't much CBJ represented in film.

Oral sex can cause throat cancer

People who have had more than five oral-sex partners in their lifetime are 250% more likely to have throat cancer than those who do not have oral sex, a new study suggests.
The researchers believe this is because oral sex may transmit human papillomavirus (HPV), the virus implicated in the majority of cervical cancers.
The new findings should encourage people to consistently use condoms during oral sex as this could protect against HPV, the team says. Other experts say that the results provide more reason for men to receive the new HPV vaccine.
Maura Gillison at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore, Maryland, US, and colleagues collected blood and saliva samples from the throats of 100 patients diagnosed with cancers of the tonsils or back of the throat. The scientists also took samples from 200 healthy people for comparison.
By combining the blood and saliva samples with antibody molecules, Gillison's team could tell whether a person had ever had an HPV infection.
Cancer traps
All of the study participants provided information about their sexual history, including the number of people with whom they had engaged in oral sex.
After controlling for other risk factors for throat cancer, such as drinking and smoking, the analysis revealed that people who had prior infection with HPV were 32 times as likely to have this cancer as those with no evidence of ever having the virus. And those who tested positive for a particularly aggressive strain of the virus, called HPV-16, were 58 times more likely to have throat cancer.
By comparison, either smoking or drinking increases the risk of such cancer by about threefold.
The throat cancers analysed in the new study mostly started in the "crypts" of the throat – the grooves at the base of the tonsils. This might be because the tonsil grooves trap infectious particles, suggests Mark Stoler of the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, US, who was not involved in the study.
High risk levels
The study also revealed a link between oral sex and throat cancer caused by HPV. People who had one to five oral-sex partners in their lifetime had approximately a doubled risk of throat cancer compared with those who never engaged in this activity - and those with more than five oral-sex partners had a 250% increased risk.
There was an even stronger link between oral sex and throat cancers clearly caused by HPV-16 (those tumours that tested positive for the strain). People with more than five oral sex partners had a 750% increased risk of these HPV-16-caused cancers.
"This study is important because it is putting all of the pieces together," says Gillison. "We need to add oral HPV infection to the list of risks for oral cancer," she adds.
Virus vaccine
A vaccine against several of the most aggressive strains of HPV linked to cervical cancer received approval from the US Food and Drug Administration in 2006. However the plan to vaccinate adolescent girls with this vaccine developed by Merck, called Gardasil, has received some criticism.
There have been no studies investigating whether the vaccine can also protect against throat cancer, but the new evidence linking HPV to throat cancer could lead to broader vaccination with Gardasil. "We will see a push for vaccination in men," says Stoler, who has been involved in the development of the vaccine.
Tonsil and throat cancers affect about two in every 100,000 adults in the US. The new results could promote the development of spit tests for HPV infection to help identify people at high risk for these cancers, researchers say.

One thing this study fails to recognise is that you are 10 times (1000%) more likely to get oral sex from a woman that smokes cigaretts, than a nonsmoker. Out of all the working girls I know, I can't think of one that dosn't smoke.

The cancer risk from oral sex stems from HPV - not cigarettes.

I was browsing the forums looking for transmission of HIV through heterosexual sex (not related to IV drug users).
All I have ever found is a lot of speculation and unsubstantiated statements such as "female-to-male less common" which implies it does indeed happen. But does it? In contrast, I have found pretty specific statements that it happens almost never (like 0.1% of HIV cases). For example, this reference from an NIH site:
It should be noted that female-to-male HIV transmission is much rarer than male-to-female. In a study of 379 HIV-infected people reported in a 1991 Journal of the American Medical Association, researchers found only one example of female-to-male transmission, and in that case, the couple had had several instances of vaginal or penile bleeding during intercourse.
source: http://www.niaid.nih.gov/factsheets/howhiv.htm
For sure, I am not going to engage in BBFS with a hooker, but I am still looking for real evidence of HIV risk.
But one thing I am 100% convinced of is that there is no realistic risk of HIV transmission with CFS (vs BBFS) I don't care if the condom breaks -- I don't believe there is *any* documented case of female-to-male HIV transmission with CFS.
Smoking injures and ulcerates the tissues inside the mouth and throat, possibly increasing the danger of transmitting any viruses that happen to be present. I don't have a scientific study in my hand that says so, but it makes sense.
After 47 years as a nonsmoker, I smoked for a year and a half to help inspire my girlfriend to quit (which she finally did), and I can attest to the fact that if I smoke just 3 or 4 cigs a day for a week, the skin inside my mouth peels and sloughs off, and the insides of my lips end up feeling like I've been chewing razor blades. After 4 or 5 days off, the skin is back to normal, and stays that way until I smoke again.

So, are you saying that Magic Johnson was f**king guys or shooting drugs? How did he get HIV?
So, are you saying that Magic Johnson was f**king guys or shooting drugs? How did he get HIV?
Johnson was "playing hurt"
He had BBFS with an open sore on his dick — like herpes — and the HIV + woman
most likely was menstruating
'Unlucky' Johnson would be a better nick·name for the guy !!
So, are you saying that Magic Johnson was f**king guys or shooting drugs? How did he get HIV?
I should clarify that when I say BBFS I mean vaginal sex. Bareback Anal Sex is dangerous for both parties -- the pitcher and the catcher. So essentially, MJ was doing the same thing as "f**king guys."
Eazy E and MJ (who partied together with the same women and both got AIDS) had bareback anal sex with multiple partners, including drug users and ho's with full-blown AIDS and no doubt a high viral load. That doesn't mean you'll guaranteed to get it, as female-to-male transmission very difficult. But it is the best possible chance for it. Screwing a chick with AIDS from behind is pretty much the same thing as gay sex, and carries the same risk factors.
This is also why AIDS is so in Africa, where anal sex is much more popular. A lot of women in tribal and Muslim cultures prefer anal sex because they were forced to have "female circumcision" (cutting their clit out with a rusty knife) which makes vaginal sex too uncomfortable. Plus the lack of birth control or otherwise aversion to condoms promotes more anal sex than in the west. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Female_genital_cutting
With anal sex, there is a lot more bleeding, which what you need for female-to-male transmission. Even with vaginal sex, if "female circumcision" was performed there is going to be a lot tearing and open wounds. It is a sick and sad situation. In Africa you have a lot of unprotected anal sex and a lot more bleeding with vaginal sex, thus an AIDS epidemic. These stats really belong in the "gay sex" column because there is a lot less heterosexual BBAS going in the rest of the world.
I can't speak to PZ's report, but it certainly sounds plausible as well.
