Can any of you refer me to a Web Page URL that permits me to access all current statures on the books in the state of New Jersey.

Specifically, Can anyone refer me to a web page URL that has the complet text of the following New Jersey State Stature:

The NJ state legal database is accurate, but not very user-friendly.

The number in curly-brackets {16C0} is some kind of page or paragraph identifier, and is in hexadecimal: 789ABCEF01234, etc. I found it by moving forward by 100's then 10's then finally using the next/previous page arrows.

The statute reads, if I have this correctly:

a.As used in this section:

(1)"Prostitution" is sexual activity with another person in exchange for something of economic value, or the offer or acceptance of an offer to engage in sexual activity in exchange for something of economic value.

(2)"Sexual activity" includes, but is not limited to, sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, and oral-anal contact, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex; masturbation; touching of the genitals, buttocks, or female breasts; sadistic or masochistic abuse and other deviate sexual relations.

(3)"House of prostitution" is any place where prostitution or promotion of prostitution is regularly carried on by one person under the control, management or supervision of another.

(4)"Promoting prostitution" is:

(a)Owning, controlling, managing, supervising or otherwise keeping, alone or in association with another, a house of prostitution or a prostitution business;

(b)Procuring an inmate for a house of prostitution or place in a house of prostitution for one who would be an inmate;

(c)Encouraging, inducing, or otherwise purposely causing another to become or remain a prostitute;

(d)Soliciting a person to patronize a prostitute;

(e)Procuring a prostitute for a patron;

(f)Transporting a person into or within this State with purpose to promote that person's engaging in prostitution, or procuring or paying for transportation with that purpose; or

(g)Knowingly leasing or otherwise permitting a place controlled by the actor, alone or in association with others, to be regularly used for prostitution or promotion of prostitution, or failure to make a reasonable effort to abate such use by ejecting the tenant, notifying law enforcement authorities, or other legally available means.

b.A person commits an offense if:

(1)The actor engages in prostitution;

(2)The actor promotes prostitution;

(3)The actor knowingly promotes prostitution of a child under 18 whether or not the actor mistakenly believed that the child was 18 years of age or older, even if such mistaken belief was reasonable;

(4)The actor knowingly promotes prostitution of the actor's child, ward, or any other person for whose care the actor is responsible;

(5)The actor compels another to engage in or promote prostitution;

(6)The actor promotes prostitution of the actor's spouse; or

(7)The actor knowingly engages in prostitution with a person under the age of 18, or if the actor enters into or remains in a house of prostitution for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity with a child under the age of 18, or if the actor solicits or requests a child under the age of 18 to engage in sexual activity. It shall be no defense to a prosecution under this paragraph that the actor mistakenly believed that the child was 18 years of age or older, even if such mistaken belief was reasonable.

c.Grading of offenses under subsection b.

(1)An offense under subsection b. constitutes a crime of the second degree if the offense falls within paragraph (3) or (4) of that subsection.

(2)An offense under subsection b. constitutes a crime of the third degree if the offense falls within paragraph (5), (6) or (7) of that subsection.

(3)An offense under paragraph (2) of subsection b. constitutes a crime of the third degree if the conduct falls within subparagraph (a), (b), or (c) of paragraph (4) of subsection a. Otherwise the offense is a crime of the fourth degree.

(4)An offense under subsection b. constitutes a disorderly persons offense if the offense falls within paragraph (1) of that subsection except that a second or subsequent conviction for such an offense constitutes a crime of the fourth degree. In addition, where a motor vehicle was used in the commission of any offense under paragraph (1) of subsection b. the court shall suspend for six months the driving privilege of any such offender who has a valid driver's license issued by this State. Upon conviction, the court shall immediately collect the offender's driver's license and shall forward it, along with a report stating the first and last day of the suspension imposed pursuant to this paragraph, to the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission.[/quote]Hope this helps,

The new tax bill signed by the Guv has a provision to make massage parlors sales taxable.

So now they can shut them down for not paying sales tax, identify them when they file a return, and stop you on your way out to see if you paid your sales tax.

Save those receipts! You can deduct sales tax on your personal tax return if it exceeds your income tax itemized deductions. If you monger enough, you might get the deduction.

What part of NJ would Old Bridge be? North Jersey or would that be by the shore? I'm planning on visiting a few friends in the area and was curious as to where I should read for some background.

Old Bridge is sort in the middle. You can look at the threads for.. Newark-Elizabeth, South Jersey & Central Jersey. The closest stroll to Old Bridge would be NEW Brunswick.

Passed by each night for the last week at around 11pm-2 am, and there seems too be about 2-5 SW outside walking from the hotels to the donkin donuts. They do linger but I think most work from inside or the parking lots of the motels. Not sure what section of new jersey Tonnelle ave. is suppose to be in.

Tonnelle Ave is Jersey City, North Bergen, etc that section of Hudson County. Just watch there at night. It is to my understanding that LE has been cracking down on SW and Johns during the time frame you mentioned.

It is with great sadness that I must report that cracked-out blonde Patty, who could usually be seen near Morgan, has been in a very severe car accident, and is hospitalized. She has a very low chance of survival, at least with normal brain functions. Just when you think a crack addict can't get any longer, she's suffering from brain damage as a result of an accident.

If you find this to be untrue, please post. I haven't seen her in awhile, so I asked someone about her. That's how I learned this news.

There is a bone-thin girl with long blonde hair, with the sides of hair kept rather short, who hangs in the "Off Broadway Bar" section of the city. She goes by Melissa. She's so thin that even her tiny panties don't snugly fit around her.

I have been with her twice. The first time was adequate, yet not exceptional. Lana is rather quiet, with me having to guide the conversation. However, she's good at what she does, and as is the case with many of the higher quality girls I have encountered, she allows kitty and breast play without an additional donation. It seems that the low-quality girls are the ones that expect extra for kitty & breast play...go figure.

She did not rush, and I was amazed at the good quality of her skin and legs. She even carries her own makeup case with mirror....revolutionary. Especially in Baltimore, the girls rely on side mirrors and windows of parked cars for grooming. As we drove back to the city, Lana applied makeup to her face. She certainly takes pride in her appearance. I would certainly pick her up again, with an upgrade to FS.

I've previously mentioned that Camille is of a higher quality than other SWs with respect to appearance. IMO, Lana far surpasses Camille. Neither has a superb personality, but Lana's personality is acceptable.

The notel (I still have NO idea why you guys call it that) is one way to go. As a former taxi driver, theft was once a primary concern of mine. The one good thing I had on my side is that I was robbed once, before I had started driving a cab. And of course it was with an SW. I was a schmuck then, I had my whole week's pay in an envelope in the center console (enclosed). I also had my smokes in there. After the gun went off, I was feeling those endorphins, and a little less alert. I had paid the girl, and she saw the envelope. As I was driving her to where she wanted to go, she asked if she could have a cigarette and said she'd get it herself, since I was driving. Duh! A whole week's pay went into her pocket.

I would suggest you do something similar. Keep the 40 you plan on usingin your pocket, put an extra 40 or 50 in another spot then hide the rest in another. If you are going to do the deed in the car, you won't be needing to remove your shoes, so that would be a good spot for the bulk of your money.

Papayo, I'm not saying you ARE LE, but you sure are acting like it. You're probably getting messages with the letters RTFF. You should refer to the FAQ and check out the abbreviations there to find out what that means.

I say we should give you the benefit of the doubt, since you are in the wrong part of the forum. This folder is general topics in NJ. You really want to look in North Jersey.

If you are not going to be in the area that long, and aren't willing to travel as far as Paterson or Newark, I would suggest you either call an escort service or ask some of the taxi drivers in the area (they usually know the score).

I always assumed they were an urban legend. If they do exist, I would imagine there would be some kinda private scene in nearby Manhattan
