Happy New Year All!

I'm either staying at the Las Vegas Club or The Plaza for my upcumming trip (I figure they are both about the same and in the same location) and had a few questions.

1. Has anybody ever picked any SWs up in the Greyhound Station located at the hotel?

2. Is downtown a good bet to find the older SW's, as opposed to the young, hot ones working the Strip? I'm sure they are cheaper downtown as well.

3. I have no car for the trip, so will I do all right in the hotels and/or on Fremont St?

Similar situation to Great White. As Best Man, I'm hosting a bachelor party in Vegas on the coming long weekend. As of right now, I plan to take the party of about 15 guys to OG or the Rhino, but if anyone has hints of providers who would visit a suite or other good ideas - please share.

Was wondering if there are any good table shower AMPs. I stopped by one last year on Sahara out near Decatur (maybe not as far out). It was unremarkable.

Look in yellow pages under massage. There are too many listings. I called the one about third page from start...Asian something phone ends in 7000. They come to room, provide hard massage or soft and do the works. Reasonable. I would use again.

A convention brings me to your fair city. Any indication on prices for FS. Last time I was there, I had a great time at ESPN Zone - beer, chillied crab claws and all. Cheaper than pussy.

Even with CES in town there were lean pickings this weekend; promising sightings by the Hard Rock across from Platinum, the Budget Suites on Boulder near AZ Charlie's and in the Convenience store on Trop and Ind (lotsa LE watching there tho').

Everyone got picked up before I could loop back. Fremont has been really dead, btw...

Anybody have better luck?

It's not that the newbs don't know about the concept of RTFF or even RTFM. How could they think that they would be the first ones to NOT know on a forum dedicated to the things that they inquire about. There's a nice little menu list on the left. All they have to do is actually get involved with things available.

It's not a matter of not knowing better. It's pure laziness on the part of today's newbies. Instead of spending a little time and effort and perhaps utilizing that mysterious & intimidating feature called "SEARCH", it's easier to just post and wait for others to repost over & over again just for them. "Why should I look - someone else already knows".

Reading thru the forums is not only informative it's entertaining. You might even find something better than what you were looking for. I know it'll be difficult because most posts are not in cell phone format and most words are actually spelled out but give it a shot...

This isn't aimed at any particular newbie poster but for cripes sake, chillren - do some footwork on your own. Become a part of this great web site. Get involved and get over this "handed to you" attitude that has seemed to take over today's society.

"Hey dewds - I'm new here but am coming to Vegas. Any street action out there?" Stoopid question, no? But it does show up now & then. Along with "What casinos have girls in them?" Man oh man.

All hail the mighty SEARCH function! And like they used to say on TV "Reading is FUNdamental".

I'm a perennial newbie myself - I visit a lot of cities. I have to read quite a lot of posts to find what I seek, and locals often use abbreviations for places that are hard for a newbie to figure out (I'm not saying that applies here).

What would be VERY helpful is if some person who is knowledgeable on a given area would take it upon themselves to post a summary of options, prices, areas, times, local laws, etc, and update it from time to time. Look at the Prague FAQ for a great example. You can find these in some forums, but they are not common. (I have posted them for Makati City, Beijing, Bratislava.)

Speck's posting of 12/17/04 is a very useful starting point, but it does not mention AMPs, escorts available by telephone, options away from the strip, etc.

With a Newbie's Guide on each thread, y'all could just reply to newbies in question with instructions on finding the post (e.g. using the date, or if it's in a special thread for the purpose, the name of that thread, or search by user name).

Regarding Search, it does not work for me: I have been unable to find documents that I have posted. Example: a search with keywords "Naive Guide" fails to find the article I posted called "A Naive Guide to Punting in Makati City". I can only find it by searching by my username, and scrolling through my 70 posts.

Search USED to work, perhaps in the previous version of the software. I note that a search I did before that used to work no longer finds the document. I have reported this to Jackson, but he's a busy guy.

I have had to resort to using external tools - like making a PDF of postings, then using Acrobat search features. This works very well, but oh what a pain.

My own approach to questions: if I find a question to which I know the answer, I do a quick check to see whether the user has posted useful information or just questions. If they have only posted questions, I'll PM them with the suggestion that I'd be willing the help if they supplied info as well as asking for it. If they have posted some useful information at least once I give them the answer they seek. When people PM me for contact info regarding one of my postings, I give it out only to those who have also posted useful information at least once.

I am sick and tired of people complaining about newbies or other people's posts. They used to be newbies themselves.

I shouldn't have made it sound so all inclusive but there are "some" that stand out. I'm not speaking of within the Vegas forum, but I have seen in other forums here questions that the answers to (senior posters=no time lag) could be found by looking back 4 or 5 posts & often on the same page.

I wonder about the Newbie Guide or FAQ. I would think that in cities other than the ones that enjoy the prey, sting, & tow technique it would work. Some cities they talk of "dreams" that they had; others speak in abbreviated "code" that you really need to research in the message database. One way or the other - better to let "them" - the non-mongering population here - do the footwork.

I wasn't aware that the search feature wasn't functioning correctly since the upgrade. I haven't had a need for it for some time. But even prior to the upgrade, I still skimmed thru many pages. You never know - a search might not show, because of a spelling error, the post that details how a sting, trick-roll or disease was had. One way to search would be to edit & find function in your browser, if you have that.

All in all, my post was a little out of character for me and perhaps I should've bit my keyboard, but you have to admit - there is some truth to what I wrote. We were all newbs at one time or another but some newbs can give it a bad name. And it's not limited to the WSG Forums. It's everywhere. I've seen car forums with 15 or more message areas devoted to that one specific vehicle be riddled with the basic of questions regarding that type of vehicle.

We're all here to help each other in our common goal and we all do what we can for each other. But look at PsyberZombie's post and quote. It's pretty right on. One only needs to skim thru a page or two to get a feel for the economics of any given area. Vegas is mainly a casino town. Chances are good that a very recent post will talk of CGs in the casinos.

As far as a summary of the things you suggested, well... ain't that what these forums are all about? :D;)

Just a warning, venturing that far off the strip as mentioned above, especially in the downtown area is not a good idea at night. I would not walk around the streets to monger, even with a firearm, a blade and good training. If you are a braver traveler, I would suggest driving down boulder hwy, or down the few cross streets off the fremont street experience and looking for SW's, just like mongering anywhere, be aware of who is also driving or around.

To confirm US Traveler's observations, I have looked around Golden Nugget, Four Queens, California in the late evening/early morning hours and found very few CG's working. Could just be my taste(I only saw a rare few but they looked to be in their 40's, and not very attractive).

Sure, it's full of dealers, panhandlers and general wackos, but not more than most bigger cities downtowns. For those testing the waters, I would suggest the Western, or one block beyond, being the limit. Not to recommend, just for comparison, I've wandered Fremont and 1-2 blocks north and south out to Maryland Parkway many many times at all times of day or night, with no hassles at all. I have a few habits that I think help, but basically common sense and not looking like a victim. I think there is also a fair amount of petty crime up on the strip. Again, not advocating people wandering too far outside their comfort zone, but I don't agree with a general 'fremont is dangerous' statement. Also, I, and many girls I've talked to, don't really like doing the car thing. Too many variables, can't see 360 degrees for cops, then you have to park, and they have to make a split second decision whether to hop in or not.

How about the Boulder Strip? I'm gonna stay at AZ Charlie's while my house is worked on - can strollers be attracted without a car do you think? I've seen them taking their "breaks" at AZ, playing VP.

Hello guys, I post at the Tampa board, and now I need some help over here. I'll be visiting Vegas in March (will be attending the Pacquiao-Morales super featherweight bout at MGM), and will be staying at Terrible's hotel, which supposedly is to the east of the Strip, about 3 blocks from it. I've read on Trip Advisor it's a nice place to stay for a few bucks, so I'll be giving it a try.

Although I plan to hire an independent, I was wondering if there is any action at this hotel's casino or anything. At least, I would like to know if there is any action around this hotel.

The fight will be better though, LOL; anyway, you will see some girls taking a break in Terribles - dunno if they actually book any activity there tho'.

I've seen strollers down the block near the Hard Rock on Paradise near Harmon. Also some can be seen on Koval, a long block away towards the strip.

For some real fun, I'd check out the Hard Rock late at night, after 2AM say. The choices could be spectactular and you are walking distance from Terribles...

It's an old building but it was pretty much gutted and re-done a few years ago when Terrible's bought it. Myself, I haven't been there since prior to that when it was the Continental. I think there's still a hole in the wall tittie bar just west of it about a block or two called the Tender Trap.

You'll be about a mile east of the Strip. About a third of a mile south of Terrible's is the Hard Rock which I think was being discussed recently. If anything it is loaded with a TON of younger/legal eye candy at the very least! Across the street from that is a tittie bar called Club Paradise. A little "upscale" and large inside but always some good shows. Another block or two south of that is a strong "alternative" area.

Across the street - north - from Terrible's used to be the Crazy Horse which was a wild tittie bar back in the day (not to be confused with the Crazy Horse II off of Sahara).

Things have changed a bit. I found a great offer for the Sahara and decided to switch. In fact, I just did. So, I'll be staying officially in the Sahara.

So, I ask the same questions again, but regarding to the Sahara. In fact, I also would like to know if this hotel is escort friendly. Thanks for your help beforehand, and again, if you need any info regarding Tampa, I'll be glad to help.

Stayed at a mid strip hotel a few weekends ago.

Lots of ho's after midnight from Venetian to Barbary Coast on that side of the strip. This is not for car pickup, you have to walk. But if you are staying at any hotel in the area you are just fine. The girls will walk with you and even slight GFE in the form of walking holding hands or with your arm around her shoulder or waist. You can also check out the insides of each of the casinos. I saw a few workers in Harrahs and Flamingo and Osheas. Also it is easy to cross the street at Harrahs and go check out inside Mirage where there are lots of ho's.

Do not expect to find anything less than $200 for fs. Every girl I have ever picked up in Vegas on the strip says they always charge $300, but because I am staying close and look nice and clean, they are ok with the $200 I offer. Yeah right. Truth is, some guys pay alot, but they will not turn down $200. Unless you are gross. There is a gross guy that plays poker at Bellagio and is like a fly on shit when a hooker walks by. He gets turned down for $200.

There are also lots of ho's at Bellagio, but I don't stay there. I have been turned down there several times for $200.

Just a warning Metro seems to be everywhere today. They are especially heavy on the strip and they are saturating the area around commercial center and sahara. They had the paddy wagon and the off-road motorcycle crew too. That usually means they are sweeping the local motels too. I don't know what got into them, but it is making things tough. The only good thing is that they had several pimps tied up too.

An attractive young 'Week·End Warrior' on the Strip is gonna set you back $$$ —— at least , that's been my experience

The Real Bottom Line is = if you can't afford these prices for these hot chicks , shop else·where and fuggedabout getting an eye·candy '10'

Just got back from Vegas for superbowl weekend. Not much worth telling. Tried a couple of the numbers from the different classified listings but was quoted 150 to just get them naked in your room and nogotiations start there. Easily saw it going hundreds higher so passed on it. Went to the Red Rooster (swing club) as I've been there several times with great success but it sucks nowadays, they take your money but closed down the last open area in there for singles, there really is no possibility to hook up there. Also tryed the Green Door (another swing club) that was recommended by people I meet. Wasn't too impressed and no contact, big money making operation, 70 to get in, and they nickle and dime you, I asked for a glass a water and was charged 5 bucks. If anyone is interested let me know and I follow up. Anyway can't recommend it either for single guys.

Saw something quite interesting while in BK on Trop. There was this girl sitting in their drinking a soda...that the female mgr. gave her. Then this guy who was in their starts talking to the MGR. He goes out to his car the soda girl follows. During a course of events, he somehow comes back in and then I see him coming out of the female bathroom...with the soda girl following a few minutes behind. The staff had to know what was going on.

One of the staffers was trying to call the guy from his car as I was walking out...I said out loudly" It must be nice to get head in a BK bathroom"...the staffer laughed.

That might have just been a pre-game sweep. You know how they hit the town before a big tourist weekend that has big money in it.

Hey, I've heard some noise about action at this very off the beaten path joint - anybody had success there?

I've heard lunch hour and happy hour are, um, interesting.

The Four Aces Bar on Boulder Highway is by no means off the beaten path. Boulder Highway from Charleston/Fremont all the way out to Russell Road has been one of the most fruitful SW tracks for years. I don't live in Vegas anymore, but everytime I go back, I always hit that track and score big time. The track is long and you may chew up a lot of miles, but usually, it's worth it. I've had the best luck cruising from Boulder Station to Nellis.

Has anyone been to Rendezvous Adult Club on Sahara Ave? I saw this place while driving past last month. Did not have a chance to stop in.

I was in Vegas staying at the Tropicana from Feb 2-5 and found a different girl on both Wednesay and Thursday night, late around 1 am. Just stood there for 10-15 minutes and one would come by and say hello. First was LaLa, hot young BSW, provided good service for $120. Next night was a pretty HSW who had a shiner she said she got from another working gal. She worked it hard but I was sincerely drunk so it wasn't that good. Again negotiated for only $120. The last night, Friday, was going back to my room after a long night and a very attractive young black girl was sitting at a machine right by the elevator and asked if I wanted some company. Guys, about a year ago I was in Vegas and had a ok time with Monet-Venetian bar, Sheila-eros-kind of old, but my best time Trenda the last night I was there. I picked her up at the entrance to the hard rock and it was the best time ever for 2 bills. SHe was ebony and had an awesome body with great skills. Is she still around? Just got back from Vegas during Super Bowl weekend. Being the wise monger that I am, I never took up the advice from the cab drivers, some had there "***** Trading Cards" and one took us to the Oasis Club, but I seen $50 entrance fee and turned right around.

So, what's Indulge all about? Same thing? And what exactly happens in those kind of places anyway? There were like ten all up and down Industrial Rd.

Well guys, in 18 days I'll be over there, and would like to know about the action, if any, in the Sahara Hotel, if any. Any info will be appreciated.

I was there in January for the CES Show. Very Little Action even as large as the CES show was. There were ton's of hotties there that sure looked the part but I wasn't getting 'the look'. Of course it may have been me.
