Since no one has added anything yet, I will post a link to my recommendation of Nini.

She gives a decent massage with lotion but reasonably medium pressure and consistent contact. Not like the crappy poking you get from other gals who are just setting you up for upselling.

Location was ok, extended stay in Crabtree area. Room was clean, tidy and she goes to great lengths to ensure your comfort. Windows were blacked out, lighting was nice, soothing music playing. She made me feel at ease immediately. I gave her the donation and we got started on a nice relaxing rub (not licensed masseuse quality, but nice). Finish was OK, I would have liked more build up and sensuality. Touching was limited to her top. She helped me clean up and as I was getting dressed she was already replacing the bedding with clean stuff. Was quoted $. 2 for half or $$ for hour. A lot for a rub and tug, but considering the fact that you know she's real, and hot, and clean and you'll get your full time, then maybe its not. Might repeat, especially if I hear that the hour is considerably better or there is more offered. Anyone with more experience with her?

No CD, you pretty much experienced everything in an abbreviated session with Kat. The only real difference is with the hour session there is a little more sensuality and build up to final event with a little light mutual touching. But no extra's. I have seen Kat several times over the years and as you said she is a very attractive woman, very nice calming personality and always provides a nice clean private / safe incall and will never short you on your time and you will leave happy. On second note, I really like this new forum subject and hope that it will take off. Thanks Hooky for starting this!. Personally I'm NOT into the AMP scene (we all have our preferences) been there, done that through my years of travel while I was in the military in the US an abroad. I guess I'm just old and crotchety. LOL. The thrill of "the luck of the draw" on what girl I will see, how skillful she is and then the negotiating has long passed me by. I do my due diligence and try gather as much intel as I can on a lady before I see her so I know exactly who I'm going to be seeing, and what to expect from our session so that hopefully there are no surprises. But no system or meeting is perfect as we all know. A lot of people have been dissatisfied with her change of service. Personally I like her setup and you are spot on as far as the cleanliness of her location. For what she does offer she delivers. There are times her service is enough to scratch the itch, and the price is decent.
