That's screwed up. All this girl is doing is trying to eliminate any hobbyist right to inquire about a service he's searching for. Basically, forcing him to pay her for a crappy service. Reading the reviews here really helped me know what to expect and what to avoid. If you can deal with her rules and avoid trying to negotiate with her to do more than that she will reward you. I just thought about it. When massage places open back up, they might "loosen" up their services considering the time they've been closed, and money they lost.
