As an Army veteran, I took an oath to defend the constitution, not some politician. It blows my mind when I hear Trump supporters calling themselves Patriots and then trying to overturn elections because of some narcissistic rich draft dodger that can't admit he lost. I have been a registered Republican all my lift but the actions of the last administration and the enablers in the Republican Party was the last straw. I am now an Indipendant. We do need a third party that represents the ideals of the majority of Americans. I hear that some centrist Republicans and Democrats are talking about starting the Forward Party. I hope and pray it takes off.

They're starting small, first putting candidates in some local races, then expand.

This first story was in April 3, 2020- Jared Kushner said that the ventilator supply was "ours" (the federal government's Dept of Health) and not the states and he said they were under no obligation to share. When it was pointed out the Department's own website said that it was to share with states as requested, the website was changed.

The two ruling parties want to prevent other viable parties because it is in their best interest for the following reasons.

First it is easier to have one enemy or competitor because you only have to focus one the one.

Second they can play the blame game.

Third the do not have to work with a party to get them to agree with your agenda.

Lastly the get exactly what they have. A bunch of blind followers. Voters that put the party above the person and will support the person no matter how bad they are. Case in point Clinton, Trump, and Biden oh and let's throw in our useless VP Harris.

I say we need at least 4 viable parties but with our uneducated voters we would be back to two within 20 years.
