Using Safari on my iPhone 12 when I click on an image it gave me a laundry list of items, but searching Google wasn't one of them. Some research told me I could save it to my desktop, open google images, click the 3 buttons on the bottom, click on "request desktop version" which would then allow me to upload the image from my camera roll.

Seemed pretty convoluted.
