So did anyone else get this last night?
Both my burners got a text last night. Did anyone else? Both burners got a text saying " I'm available " at the same time. The digits were (865)xx555. Then this picture, I don't know her, never seen the number in my log. Kinda think someone blue might've got a hold of a providers phone.

Unfortunately this new gems is a scam
Tried this one texted back forth a few times, sob story about needing rent. Then the hard sell for a deposit.
It just concerns me that both phones dinged

Maybe she did a spam text but still sent my red flags up. Hope she's real.
Only if you're not a senior member
OK. I have never seen her but I would like to out my report here, so you know what to expect. She is a good communicator, she is clear what she expects. She requires a screening. At least having a coffee before meeting. Since I did not have time, I could not meet her. However, I totally understand her. Wish could have meet. So overall, nice communication but don't expect meeting with her without going through an intense screening.
So if you're not a senior member and you don't have multiple posts there's no way for me to tell if is legit. LEO is not going to waste their time taking me out for tea. I feel like this is better than asking for personal information such as work or I'D or social media. I want to be as non-invasive as possible.
Sorry, Wrong Room / House / Apartment / etc.
On more than 1 occasion, I have turned and walked out of a providers location for this very reason. We can be picky, we can choose to cancel if the experience is not what we expect. If you call someone to have your house painted, some sketchy guy shows up, you can turn him away and find someone else right? These providers are no different. Although choices are bare, there are always better options. Patience. Think with the big head gentlemen.
I turn and leave all the time, esp with the TA's. Do it often enough, they may stop showing up off by decades and 50+ lbs from the ad. I even tell them I will and they still play innocent after it happens.
