President Obama has a lot of records from his Presidency that he Requested from the national archives and were vetted and Approved by the national archives. Trump took classified documents about a lot of things including the United States' nuclear capabilities without telling anyone, told authorities he didn't have any, then when busted by the FBI at a raid, suddenly claims WITHOUT PROOF that he declassified them, as if NUCLEAR information would just be declassified.
